Nylon Mesh Filter Bags

Nylon monofilament (NMO) woven filtration media offers enhanced removal characteristics and improved strength and durability. Each filament in the weave has been extruded with a consistent yarn diameter, enabling the filtration structure to deliver exact pore openings. The smooth surface of a monofilament is easily cleaned. The weave pattern ensures a low-pressure drop and consequently an uninterrupted flow.

Needlefelt Filter Bags

Needlefelt bags give depth filtration in a range of 0.5 to 200 micron. All felts used in the manufacture of these bags are supported with a scrim and calendared or singed to eliminate fiber migration.

Pulse-Jet Bags

These bags use support cages to allow air flow from the exterior of the bag and exiting through the interior.

Our bags are sewn with needle chain stitch to ensure seam integrity. Top constructions consist of snap band, flange top, ring top, soft cuffs or raw edge. Bottom removal bags are constructed with a raw top or soft cuff. Top and bottom removal bag bottoms have disc (round) bottoms that can be sewn using an overlock (surge) stitch or lock stitch. We can also provide a wear strip or customised skirts to the bottom portion of the bag to prevent premature wear from bag-to-bag and bag-to-cage abrasion. Bags are available with Anti Static, Oil Repellent and Water Repellent treatments.

Shaker Bags

We provide a wide variety of filter bags for use in shaker type collectors. We offer bags from wovens and shakerfelts.

We offer various types of top attachments to work with the shaker mechanism you have, whether it's loop, hanger, strap or grommet. Our bottom attachments can be made with snapbands, corded cuffs or reinforced cuffs for extra wear protection. We can also supply clamps for the standard cuff bottoms, as well as other hardware.

Customised Filter Bags

Besides the common filter bags, we can produce customised filter bags and envelope style bags. Since there are so many different and unique filter bags to list, with a sample, description or drawing, we can produce your special filter bag.

We can provide stainless steel woven wire mesh products in roll or made up form. Stainless steel wire mesh square openings range between 2 mesh to 500 mesh per inch in Plain or Twill weave pattern. Materials available in stainless steel 302, 304, 316, 304L, 316L grades.
